International Valuation Standards


Die International Valuation Standards werden vom International
Valuation Standards Committe erarbeitet. Ziel dieses Commit-
tees ist es Bewertungsstandards zu harmonisieren. Ähnlich
dem deutschen Verkehrswert, wird nach den IVS der "Market
Value" ermittelt.


IVS 3.1, Market Value
Market Value is the estimated amount for which a property
should exchange on the date of valuation between a willing
buyer and a willing seller in an arm's-length transaction
after proper marketing wherin the parties had each acted
knowledgeably, prudently and without compulsion.
